SCHOOL TOURS

In May 2014, Beauty For Ashes began touring schools, visiting some of the most influential high schools in Kigali.  After visiting only three schools, the results were beyond expectations. Students were exceedingly receptive to the music and message of Beauty For Ashes and its ministry partners.

With Rwandan youth proving incredibly hungry for God and the presence of Beauty For Ashes in schools making an undeniable impact, a new strategy was needed to follow up on what God was doing.  Beauty For Ashes set their eyes on the next phase of the vision: The Prayer House, a youth centre into which youth from toured schools and the annual youth conferences could be invited to be mentored and discipled more closely and on a more regular basis. Each year, the Prayer House continues to tour through high schools and universities, sharing the gospel with students and seeing hundreds of youth give their lives to Jesus.
